Sosky has well-established long-term manufacturing partners ,Our suppliers are all qualified by Sosky and many brands for quality system and social compliance.Many of them have achieved ISO and ICTI certification.Our main material conversion processes include injection molding,blow molding.roto casting,vacuum forming,die casting,metal stamping ,sewing,printing,IC fabrication and electronic assembly,Those main processes are complemented by various decoration methods and assembly capabilities.

For better design and fast time to market,Sosky has dedicated prototyping shops and tooling facilities involved right at the beginning of the product design and development.Though we are capable of delivering small quantity orders,our suppliers are specialized in high volume,high quality and low cost production.

To ensure that we continue to provide cost competitive products with exceptional value to our clients,we have embraced Automation and Lean manufacturing with all of our core supply partners,which is transforming the labour intensive industry in China

Our packaging capability extends beyond regular products.We have fully automated packaging facilities that meet the high standard of food packaging requirements

The Manufacturing Process

The engineer and our business manager work as a team to manage all processes of product development as listed below:

●Sketches, auto cad, drawings, product description, prototypes or design package, case pack information from customer

●Safety requirements and age grade

●Quotations from vendors

●Costing confirmation from clients

●Tool plans, mold layout and mold contract

●Authorization to order long lead-time components

●Sosky preliminary product and QC Specification

●Weekly project status report
